Genuine Ford gear change shaft lock plunger F7DZ-7361-A. This long plunger shaft slides inside the steering column shift tube and locks the gear change shaft on column shift automatic transmission Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles. Replace it with the shift tube F57Z-7212-A when the column shifter is loose or slips out of gear.
